2. Click Edit Next Shipment:
3. Add or remove any items using the quantity boxes. You can scroll up and down to view various categories we offer or navigate with the top menu (Home Essentials, Truly Free, etc) and click "Save":
Please note: You will need to click Save before navigating to any other page to ensure you changes were saved.

Please, please, please make it easier to order from your website. I want to order a laundry refill and a fabric softener refill and put them on a subscription. I cannot find a way to do this. There are apparently 2 websites, one mygreenfills.com and on mygreenfills.com/Zendesk and neither allowed me to shop your products in a simple easy way, I had a subscription but it was cancelled because the card was declined (fraud issue, had card replaced) but got no email from you guys letting me know. I just didn't get my refills. Now when I signon, it does not show me products except your new ones and I have had to do everything by email. Now, I like your products, I love the idea of less plastic, and I realize you have had a new product release during a pandemic but, please, do something to make it easier for us customers to shop online without having to email. Thanks.
I have the same problem. Have gone around and around on both sites and cannot order.
I have been trying to remove myself from the subscription for a week now. I have called emailed and tried to message about this I have only gotten automated responses. I never even signed up for a subscription package. I keep getting spam txts and spam emails please remove me from all of this.
I did not intend to sign up for a subscription but wanted to try your products. I cannot reach anyone by phone. Please do not charge my card again without my consent or I will have to dispute charges on my credit card.
This website continues to be so very frustrating. I would like to place orders and cannot!
