    I have been trying to have myself removed from this subscription I never signed up for a week now I have emailed 3 times, called and msged the site with only automated responses. Please please please take me off and refund my money.

    I have sent several emails and even talked to a representative about increaseing the time between shipments.  I just got an email that I ordered hand soap and was on way.  I did not order this and made it clear to the representative that I did not need.  I want to cancel my subscription completely.  I know there is a pandemic now that probably has effected communication however, I am aggravated in this shipment being charged when I had spoken with a human and sent emails saying to delay shipment!

    I really do not want to deal with your company any more.  There are plenty of green safe products out there I can use and have used for ever.
